Our next Wild Woman Summer Camp will take place in June 2024. This will be a 4 day, 3 night overnight camp with check in at 3:00 pm on Thursday and check out at noon on Sunday. Programming and all-inclusive package pricing will be announced soon!

We are hoping to offer seasonal Day Camps this year. Stay tuned and keep an eye on our Instagram to be the first to find out!

One helluva Swag Bag! We have partnered with so many wonderful brands to share an amazing array of goodies or you!

*Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp.

What should I bring?

We recommend wearing sturdy, closed-toed hiking shoes since we will be outdoors, in the dirt and rocks and navigating through cactus.

Bring lots of clothing layers to prepare for a high of 80 and a low of 50. It would also be wise to bring a waterproof layer as sometimes New Mexico experiences monsoons: afternoon rainstorms….which are freaking glorious!

Bring your toiletries and any personal items. We’ll provide you with soap, towels and a water bottle.

Don't forget your favorite sunscreen! We are over 7,000 feet above sea level so the sun is toasty!

How do I get to Wild Woman Summer Camp?

Our camp is at an undisclosed remote location in the Galisteo Basin of New Mexico. It is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Santa Fe and about 1.25 hours from Albuquerque. Upon booking you will be sent driving directions. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. If you are coming from out of town, you can fly into the Albuquerque Sunport or the Santa Fe Regional Airport. Both have rental car options and no, you don’t need 4WD to get to camp…but it would be a lot cooler if you did, huh?.

I’ve never been to New Mexico, what’s it like?

New Mexico is considered the high-desert, so you’ll be roughly 7,000 feet above sea level. It’s dry as heck so as long as you have chapstick and agua with you at all times, you should be good.

It also means you may experience altitude sickness characterized by headaches, nausea and fatigue. This can be combatted by drinking tons of water, laying low on alcohol and perhaps popping an Advil.

Our average weather in June is a high of 80 and a low of 50. We advise bringing lots of layers as it can get chilly-ish once the sun goes down.

How early can I get there and do I ever have to leave?

Check-in is between 3:00-5:00 pm on Thursday. Check out it at noon on Sunday.

Am I going to be sleeping outdoors?

Each guest has either a private or shared, luxuriously outfitted canvas KitFox tent. Tents are outfitted with real beds with linens and pillows, side tables, benches, water jug and a lantern! Take a pic, hashtag the heck out of it and make yo’ friends jealous!

Should I worry about creepy bugs or getting eaten by a coyote?

We are outdoors so we will be exposed to the elements including bugs. We will have bug spray for the ‘skeeters and advise being very careful about stepping on rattlesnakes, cause ya, there might be some of those. If you’re lucky you might see a coyote too.

Will you feed us or do we have to hunt squirrels?

We have the most amazing caterer, Dig and Serve, plating up some exquisite farm to table action for us. Get ready to dine alfresco and enjoy their bespoke dining experiences. Breakfast and dinner will be enjoyed at a communal table and lunch will be picnic style.

So…what’s the running water, toilet, shower situation?

KitFox has really outdone themselves! Our camp has a communal “Loo with a View,” with private( flushing!) toilets, showers with warm water and fancy hand-washing stations complete with a mirror, clean towels and soap, say whaaat!? You don’t have to stink if you don't want to, but if you do, au naturale is cool with us!

Is there WIFI or what?

Haha, no. There’s some spotty cell service, but we encourage you to unplug and truly be present in nature. We also won’t trip if you’re using your phone for photos, to text your bae or whatevs.

So what the heck are we doing anyways?

Glad you asked! Besides lounging in our sweet tents and eating amaze food, we have a bunch of great camp activities in which you can participate. Campers will have a variety of activities to participate in during their stay and our programming will be announced in January 2023. To see what went down at last year’s camp, click HERE.
